musical backgrounds on the music teachers represented here. Many teachers
teach right here at Artichoke Music. Some teach in their studios off premises
or in their homes. All of the teachers on the Artichoke Music roster have
superb reputations as excellent musicians and experienced teachers who
can show you how to play the music you love.

The Artichoke Music mission statement is "To provide a rewarding experience
which encourages people to discover, learn and to play music!" It's our
hope that the teachers here will help to bridge the gap between what you
know (or don't!) and what you'd like to learn to do. Playing music is
one of the most satisfying experiences a person can have over a lifetime.

Group Workshops
If you have always wanted to play well with others but don't have the resources at your fingertips to play with musical friends, consider signing up for group music classes at Artichoke Music! Our terrific teachers give ensemble classes for many of wonderful genres of music taught here. Old Time, Bluegrass, Celtic, Jazz, Folk, Classical & Improv group classes may become available for you to participate in, learn tunes in harmony with other instruments and maybe even get the chance to perform at the last class.!
